Eat fresh, slow, and relaxed
I’m trying to do this. But it takes a lot of conscious effort.
Last night I had just a baked potatoe for dinner. The size of my fist (pretty small). I was still hungry, probably because I ate it too quickly. But I stopped myself from eating anymore after that. After all, that’s about the portion we’re supposed to eat, right?
Anyway, thought the comments were absolutely hilarious — people giving reasons why they eat so quickly. The article isn’t anything new.
